Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Active Ohio state license or eligibility to obtain Ohio state license prior to assignment start
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
Experience providing speech-language pathology services in a home health environment is preferred
Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, documentation for home health agencies, and working independently in patient homes is preferred
