Ear, Nose & Throat Associates of Texas, an Elevate ENT Partners practice located in the northern suburbs of Dallas, is seeking a BE or BC Otolaryngologist.

Provider Team:

* 7 MDs, 4 APPs

Office Locations:

* Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Anna & Prosper TX

* No requirement to work at all locations

On Call:

* 1 in 8 (new hire included)

* No general ER call

2 Affiliated Hospitals in Frisco:

* Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Centennial

* Texas Health Resources Hospital
