Pediatric Dental & Orthodontic Assistant — Join Our Growing Team

We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pediatric Dental Assistant with Orthodontic Experience to join our dynamic and growing practice. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctor during pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Take diagnostic radiographs and intraoral images
• Support orthodontic procedures including aligners, attachments, and iTero scanning
• Provide chairside support and maintain efficient patient flow
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and orthodontic care instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared and stocked for procedures

Required Qualifications (All Mandatory)

• Dental Assisting experience (required)
• Orthodontic assisting experience (required)
• Dental Assistant Certification (required)
• Expanded Duties Certification (required)
• X-Ray Certification (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused demeanor
