School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY)

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California for the full 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers a rewarding elementary school caseload and is open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY).

Position Details:

• Full 2026–2027 School Year
• 37.5 hours per week
• Elementary school caseload
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy services
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for California SLP licensure
• ASHA certification preferred or in progress
• Open to SLP Clinical Fellows (CFY)

• Dedicated supervision and mentorship provided
• Structured support throughout the Clinical Fellowship Year

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
