Title: Human Resources Assistant – Healthcare Recruitment

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Location: New York, NY (10041)

Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Hours Per Week: 37.5 Hours (5x7.5 Hours)

Pay Range: $28 to $30 per hour

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or HR experience required.

• Experience in healthcare or high-volume recruiting preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

• Strong experience with recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding support

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and database management

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as PeopleSoft, Paycom, or similar platforms preferred
