RCM is looking for school based Speech Language Pathologists to join our growing team!\n

\n\tLocation: Santa Ana, CA\n\tLocation Type: On-Site\n\tSchedule: Full Time\n\tApprox Hours: 35\n\tGrade/Age Levels: Kindergarten; Elementary School; Middle School; High School\n\tCaseload Information: K-12th-grade for evaluations and direct services.\n\nEssential Duties, include bit not limited to:\n\n

\n\tAdministering standardized assessment tests within their professional scope of practice\n\tPresenting diagnostic findings completely and accurately\n\tWriting evaluation reports with technical accuracy\n\tSeeking out appropriate information from medical and/or other resources as needed to implement treatment strategies\n\tDeveloping theoretically sound plans describing objectives and procedures for treatment\n\tSelecting appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities for age and ability of the person served\n\tGiving clear concise instructions in presenting materials and/or techniques in therapy\n\tRecording and tracking daily progress accurately\n\tProviding accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family\n\tPlanning for discharge of the person served\n\tAttending Transdisciplinary Team Approach (TTA) meetings, IFSP’s, Periodic Reviews, Annual Reviews and Transition meetings as required\n\tFulfilling Team Lead duties for a select number of children on assigned caseload\n\n
\nRequirements:
\n• Graduate from a Speech Pathology program
\n• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in CA
\n• School Experience Preferred
