Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Utilize your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services to a diverse student population. This is a contract position with consistent daytime hours—student in-person days only, totaling 37.5 hours per week—offering the chance to focus your skills during the school year in a collaborative atmosphere.
Qualifications & Credentials:
- Active WA State Dept of Health SLP License
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- WA State SLP ESA certification
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License or proof of reliable mobility
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and clearances from WSP, FBI, and sexual misconduct registry
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as experienced SLPs
- Strong pediatric assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services for students with a variety of speech-language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate on IEPs with families and school staff
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Consult with teachers and participate in student support meetings
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for students to thrive
