Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state license to practice as an SLP
• Recent experience providing speech-language pathology services, preferably in a school environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently manage caseload and documentation
• Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals tailored to student abilities
• Provide direct speech and language intervention in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Accurately maintain records and document services in a timely fashion
• Monitor outcomes and adjust strategies to maximize student growth
