Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology services within a dynamic school setting near the Costa Mesa area. This full-time, on-site assignment supports students in the San Juan Capistrano region and is ideal for experienced professionals passionate about making an impact during leaves of absence. The assignment begins in mid-October and mid-November (exact dates TBD) and runs until notified by the district. Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and active CA state Speech-Language Pathology license
• Previous experience as an SLP in a school-based environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort collaborating alongside teachers, staff, and families
• Flexible, organized, and able to manage caseloads across multiple schools if required
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students, supporting various age groups as assigned
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted treatment plans
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, documenting progress and providing recommendations
• Work with educators and support teams to address students’ communication needs in academic settings
• Maintain accurate records per state and district requirements
