Minimum Qualifications
- M.S. or M.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders (Speech-Language Pathology).
- State licensure in good standing or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
- School-based experience or familiarity with K-12 IEP processes preferred.
- Ability to perform speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations and to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- New graduates and soon-to-be graduates welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid educator certification or experience working within public school systems.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in IEP meetings.
- Previous experience providing family/caregiver training and professional education.
Assignment Details
- Traditional K–12 building-based schedule.
- School year position for the 2026–2027 academic year.
- May provide services across multiple school buildings as needed.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessment and intervention for qualifying students. Participate in evaluation and progress reporting, IEP meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Deliver caregiver and staff training to support student success and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
