We are a pediatric practice that provides Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy services to babies to tweens!

We treat newborns to tweens, specializing in all areas of communication as well as relevant areas of development, and feeding/swallowing skills. All of the families that we work with are amazing! We follow a whole child, child directed, play based model for Speech, OT & PT. In addition to individual therapy sessions, we offer therapy groups to kids ages pre-k and up!
Responsibilities
- Select and adapt the appropriate per case speech therapy treatment model, method and approach
- Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components
- Collaborate closely with OT and PT
- Guide and educate family members and caregivers
- Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short term treatment goals
Skills
- Infant experience/knowledge or interest to learn
- Strong ability to provide exceptional customer service to families
- Knowledge of principles and practices of Speech Language Pathology
- Ability to manage patients/kids with different types of personalities
- Time management & documentation skills
- Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession
- Valid license to practice Speech Language Pathology
- Masters degree
