Blazer Jobs is partnering with school districts near Los Angeles, California to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) for the upcoming school year. Position Overview:

• Full-time, school-based contract role
• Location: Los Angeles, California area
• Hourly pay range: $59–$71 based on experience

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of California
• Registration as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or Clinical Fellow with the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (as applicable)
• Temporary or preliminary California licensure/authorization for Clinical Fellowship practice
• California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) certification or eligibility, if required for school-based services
• Compliance with California Department of Education and local district requirements
• Successful completion of background check and fingerprinting
• Strong foundational clinical knowledge and willingness to learn under supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings and assist with evaluations under supervision
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Implement treatment plans and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with supervising SLP, educators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development as part of the Clinical Fellowship
