Speech Language Pathologist (New Grads are accepted) - Bedford, IN

Shift : Full-time (Days)

Job Summary:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across the lifespan. You'll provide direct patient care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families, staff, and physicians to support functional progress and positive outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and team members
• Deliver care across all age groups-from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Ensure documentation and services meet company standards and ASHA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (M.S. or M.A.)
• CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Indiana licensure or ability to obtain it
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
• Experience in a range of communication disorders (preferred but not required)
