Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in pediatric feeding therapy and orofacial myology. Full-time and part-time positions available. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children and families, highly skilled in pediatric feeding, and trained in orofacial myology interventions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Idaho
- Formal training and certification in Orofacial Myology preferred (IAOM or equivalent)
- Experience working with infants and children with feeding, swallowing, and oral motor disorders
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and family collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric feeding and orofacial myology needs
- Provide evidence-based therapy in clinic and/or via teletherapy (as appropriate)
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals for holistic care
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards
- Stay current with continuing education and best practices in pediatric feeding and orofacial myology
