Description:
At Training Wheels ABA, we’re excited to continue growing and expanding our services to include Speech Therapy alongside the incredible ABA work already happening across our clinics and in-home programs.
We’re looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is not only clinically strong, but genuinely passionate about working with children and collaborating within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on meaningful outcomes for families.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of the founding SLP team at Training Wheels ABA and help shape the future of our Speech services program as we continue to grow across the Greater Austin area.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Texas SLP license
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Interest in collaborating alongside ABA teams within a multidisciplinary model
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Someone who enjoys both clinic-based and in-home environments
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide speech and language therapy services in our South Austin and Dripping Springs clinic locations, with future opportunities to support in-home services throughout the Greater Austin area
- Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support consistent, meaningful care
- Participate in a team culture that values communication, creativity, and problem-solving
- Support caregiver education and training to promote skill generalization outside of sessions
