What you bring:

• Credentials and experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in school settings
• Ability to manage a caseload of around 50 students, with populations and ages based on your preference
• Flexibility to adapt to varying daily start/end times (generally 8:00–3:30)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for empowering students and supporting educational teams

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services across assigned educational sites
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation compliant with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adjust to schedule variations and multiple locations as needed
