Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and CCC credentials (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Commitment to fostering student communication and academic growth
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with on-campus SLPAs and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to students (caseload averaging 45)
- Collaborate closely with onsite SLPAs for coordinated care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Foster a compassionate and inclusive learning environment
