Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure and CCC credentials (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Commitment to fostering student communication and academic growth
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with on-campus SLPAs and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to students (caseload averaging 45)
• Collaborate closely with onsite SLPAs for coordinated care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Foster a compassionate and inclusive learning environment
