Job Opportunity – Speech Language Pathologist – Apple Valley, CA 92307

Start Date: June 30, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), 5x8-hour shifts. Hybrid position combining inpatient acute care and outpatient services, typically 1-3 adult outpatient visits per day with the remainder acute hospital caseload. Average 8 visits per day. No call required, no weekend coverage.

• 212-bed acute care hospital with Epic charting system
• Reduced non-billable orientation of only 24 hours versus standard 40 hours
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations including CVA and dysphagia cases
• Must be able to independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies
• Free parking provided
• 13-week assignment (91 days) with guaranteed hours; facility may call off once per two-week pay period

• Valid California Speech Language Pathology license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current BLS certification
• FEES certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience; must be able to work independently
• LA fire card within the last 30 days required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Candidates located within 50 miles of facility considered local
