Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Profession: Allied Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift - Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred License: Licensed in the state of Georgia Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - 1 year of SLP experience - Outpatient rehab experience preferred - Previous travel experience Description: This role involves working in an outpatient therapy clinic specializing in occupational, physical, and speech therapy. The average patient load is 10-15 patients per day. Appointments are scheduled in 30-minute intervals, with complex evaluations lasting 1 hour and simple evaluations and treatments lasting 30 minutes. The clinic values candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation. The facility has a supportive team, including 2 therapists, 1 office coordinator, and 1 rehab aide on site. The clinic uses EPIC as its electronic medical record system. The dress code includes provided polos in teal and black, with a preference for slacks and clean shoes. The department fosters a collaborative culture focused on patient care.
