Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Ohio state SLP license required to start the assignment.
- At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client-specific requirement).
- Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation systems (client-specific requirement).
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior productivity experience in home health settings, including knowledge of weekly productivity expectations.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: Days, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday.
- Territory includes Blue/Royal/Sienna regions.
- No on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements.
- Productivity expectation: 32 points per week (40 hours per week context noted).
