Speech Language Pathologist Location: Kettering, OH Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,224 to $2,424 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Ohio state SLP license required to start the assignment.
• At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client-specific requirement).
• Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation systems (client-specific requirement).
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior productivity experience in home health settings, including knowledge of weekly productivity expectations.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: Days, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday.
• Territory includes Blue/Royal/Sienna regions.
• No on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements.
• Productivity expectation: 32 points per week (40 hours per week context noted).
