Speech Language Pathologist Location: Tuba City, AZ Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,393 to $2,593 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist serving a hospital in Tuba City, AZ. Provide medically based speech and language therapy to a predominantly Native American population across the lifespan. Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for inpatient and outpatient patients, document in the electronic health record, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals. Weekend services are not available at this time.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing services in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings preferred.
• Experience working with Native American populations preferred.
• Must be able to assess and treat patients across the lifespan, from birth through geriatric.
• Note: SLPA candidates are not accepted for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with medically based dysphagia assessment and treatment.
• Experience with electronic health record documentation in an acute care or hospital setting.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary medical teams and physicians.

Assignment Details

• Shift Days: Monday - Friday.
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Position supports both inpatient and outpatient services.
