Speech Language Pathologist Location: Thornton, CO Agency: Towne U.S. LLC Pay: $3,049 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 8/3/2026

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our healthcare team. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. This role involves working closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve communication abilities, swallowing function, and overall quality of life.

This position requires a bilingual SLP (Spanish).

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapy services for speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions and modify treatment plans as needed based on patient progress
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies, swallowing safety, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued therapy services when appropriate
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional therapy environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving functional outcomes and quality of life

• Required: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Required: Active SLP license in state of practice or ability to obtain
• Preferred: Previous speech therapy or healthcare experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
