Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour days with flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, 35 hours per week guaranteed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based practices and standardized assessments
- Track patient progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members on treatment plans
- Complete comprehensive documentation and discharge summaries per regulatory standards
- Supervise and support Clinical Fellows and student Speech-Language Pathologists
Qualifications
- Active Missouri state SLP license required
- CCC-certified Speech-Language Pathologist required
- At least 1 year of SLP experience with Level II clinical experience for new grads
- LTC or Rehab experience required
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and ASHA standards

- Speech-Language Pathology assessment and intervention
- Treatment planning for communication and swallowing disorders
- Electronic documentation and regulatory compliance
