Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders while helping improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions and monitor patient progress
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Recommend adaptive communication devices when necessary
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred
