Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | Onsite | Every third weekend required | Holidays required as scheduled

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Provide therapeutic interventions with a focus on TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) populations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and clinical goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support comprehensive patient rehabilitation

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a strong skillset; 3 years preferred
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Willingness and ability to work every third weekend and holidays as scheduled
• Must maintain a permanent address 50 or more miles from the facility location

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with TBI and CVA patient populations
• Prior travel therapy experience; first-time travelers will be considered
• Comfort floating within scope of practice as needed
