Contract | Days | Full-Time (32 hours guaranteed, 5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide direct therapeutic intervention to patients across applicable care settings
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Ability to fulfill a 32-hour weekly schedule over 5 days

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Experience with a broad patient population across multiple diagnoses and acuity levels
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
