Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment goals
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of New Hampshire
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility required
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a facility-based or clinical setting
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
