Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment goals

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid SLP licensure in the state of Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Minimum of 35 hours per week availability as required by contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a therapy or rehabilitation setting
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across care teams
