Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their support networks

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid Washington State SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or school-based setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
