Speech Language Pathologist Location: Minneapolis, MN Agency: PRISMGLOBAL 360 LLC Pay: $1,680 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 11 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function. Responsibilities: Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA) Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
